When is the next big brains event?? I heard you have one semester? And is it possible to ask someone to update the school cogsci website?? The course listings are from 2006!!! =(
If you’re talking about the “Feel Dead Brains” event, that is organized by CSSA and usually held in the fall. Their website can be found at http://cssa.berkeley.edu/.
As for the CogSci major website, we deeply apologize that it is not up-to-date. We do bother the webmaster for the major website endlessly, but he often seems to either be busy (very unresponsive) or just…doesn’t pay attention to the details of our request (another adviser asked him to update the courses and the peer advisers’ names and hours, but it took him 2 weeks to change the hours but not the names, and another month or two before he changed the names, etc). Still, we’ll try to update the rest of the website as soon as possible. Thanks for letting us know about the course listings.
Okay, edit to the “Feel Dead Brains” event: it is offered in both spring and fall semesters. Sorry for confusing you.
