LisaLisa Qin is a 3rd year major in Cognitive Science and intended minor in Japanese language. Her current academic interests include social cognition and differences in cognition across cultures and speakers of different languages, among other things. Outside of academics, she enjoys singing and playing guitar, photography, cooking, and occasionally drawing. Lisa is still undecided as to what she should do after graduation, but in a general sense, she hopes to continue working in a field related to cognitive science or psychology, and possibly do some traveling. Her favorite cogSci class so far is CogSci 100 (Cognitive Psychology), and her least favorite is CS 61A.

Linda Lu is a 5th year with an emphasis in Neuroscience. Her academic interests include anatomy/physiology and behavioral science as well as chemical/drug effects on the body and mind. Linda enjoys hanging out, playing games, exploring new places, watching media, listening to a variety of music, and learning random trivia. She also loves making/learning origami and producing bizarre creations whenever possible. After she graduates, Linda hopes to attend graduate or medical school and become either a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist. Her favorite CogSci classes are MCB 165 (Molecular Neurobiology and Neurochemistry) and MCB 163 (Mammalian Neuroanatomy). Her least favorite class is CS 61A.

Olivia Chou is a 3rd year double major in Cognitive Science and Practice of Art.   Her current academic interest is cognitive psychology, and more specifically, the study of color perception and visual science.  She is also interested in graphic design.  Outside of school, Olivia likes to hang out with her friends, cook for people, watch movies at home, read books for fun, and read/journal in Cafes.  She also enjoys playing games with her friends, and a few of her favorite games are Taboo, Boggle, and Mah-Jong.  After graduation, Olivia is probably going to look into user interface related work, and hopes to be able to do something related to art and design.  Olivia’s favorite Cognitive Science classes so far are MCB61 and CogSci100, and her least favorites are Math55 and CS61B.
